Rick and Karen moved to LaBar in 2017 to be closer to Karen’s mother and quickly fell in love with the community’s charm and the ease of life it offered—especially the convenience of landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance services. Over the years, they’ve made wonderful friends and become active members of the neighborhood, contributing to the community board, local initiatives, and social events. Since settling in, they’ve also helped countless friends and neighbors buy and sell homes with care, commitment, and a deep understanding of the area.

About Rick-Born and raised in Hillsborough, NJ, I've been selling real estate in the Poconos since 1979 and a happy full time resident of LaBar Village since 2017. As well as my career as a Realtor, I also owned my own construction business. My background in construction has allowed me the advantage of helping my clients understand the anatomy of a home as well as cost effective ways to remedy various construction issues that frequently occur as homes age. I love helping my neighbors sell their homes and understand how to help market and sell the unique community that is LaBar.

In my free time you can find me skiing, swimming or on the golf course (which is where I actually met my wife)!

About Karen Originally from Nassau County, Long Island, NY, I often find my former New Yorkers as clients. I love to connect and share memories of growing up and living on the Island. I teamed up with my husband, Rick right after the pandemic in 2020. I specialize in retirement homes, condos and townhomes in the Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area and surrounding communities. We have a professional digital presence, but we also like to work face to face the old fashioned way. I am passionate about making the buying/selling process smooth and stress-free.
